Headlice
We operate a 'Bug Busting' headlice checking scheme and we recommend that long hair should be tied back. Parents are trained as ‘headlice checkers’ by our academy nurse. Since starting this scheme, there has been a noticeable reduction in reported cases of headlice in the Academy. All children are expected to take part in this scheme. We notify you if headlice are found in your child’s hair and we are grateful if you would notify us too.
