The Academy values the views of parents and carers to help improvement.
We also welcome parent helpers in the Academy. Specific talents and general assistance extend the opportunities provided for the children. If you can help in any way, please let Miss Cunningham or a class teacher know.
The parent representative on the Governing body is: Mrs L Salisbury and Mr D Pitt.
We hold fund raising events to raise money for academy equipment, educational materials and special activities.
These events also provide social activities for the children.
We greatly appreciate involvement and support of the local community.
We value parental involvement in your child’s learning, please ask if you require further advice and support. We hold various information meetings, assemblies and provide individual consultation appointments to discuss your child’s progress. During these consultations, your child’s individual targets for improvement will be discussed. Class teachers welcome parental consultation at other times (it is advisable to check that a particular time would be convenient).
